I recently purchased an Epson ET-3600 printer and I'm having some trouble with the counter. I've tried following the manual instructions to reset the counter, but I seem to be doing something wrong as it's not working. Can anyone provide me with some tips or guidance on how to properly reset the counter on this printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
